you just made me bring up things on my laptop that I dind't even know was a feature till now. After 5 years of owning it XD those symbols didn't work because obviously my laptop doesn't have that kind of keyboard, I did however press other buttons with those same buttons and found some very useful features that could have hepled me out massively in the past lol.
Pretty sure the native way to do these, besides when software is set up, is to enter the code for the characters manually. Which obviously takes a while to type compared to normal typing.
@@happyducky9872 Apparently my comment got deleted? Unsure why, but all I said was: There is so called “AltCodes”, which are called that because you can hold Alt and then type their number code on the Numpad. It HAS to be the numpad (Or the equivalent Fn keys, if you don’t have a numpad) For example: Alt + 64 results in @. They work on most systems, as several hundreds are hardcoded into the BIOS, and several hundred more are coded into your OS. Also watch out for the ones starting with 0, the 0 is important and cannot be skipped.
I have a keyboard exactly like this. Got it 2 years ago at GameStop, some sort of Guild bundle name, came with a mouse too. Mouse worked, keyboards middle row stopped working after 2 days of barely any use.
