that thing does not apear in my steam it just says NONE-opt out of all beta programs

thats odd did you try to run the game at least once before trying to change it?

i've discor«vered the error, you need to have an option in your steam toggled , wich it is (Beta participation:steam beta update)

might be a bug of steam, try to install it manually by downloading the ''Zip file'' of your system and drag and drop the files in your current installation folder of factorio
the official factorio website : www.factorio.com/download/experimental
possible location of your install folder of steam ( if you use Windows operating system) : C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Factorio
