Full automatic mgo board production line sanding machine line

Here is a video of our newly designed automatic sanding production line for premium sanding MgO board. We design this line ourselves. This is a fully automatic line that could save a lot of labor costs and keep quality consistency.
1. You could see that there is a turnover machine in the line, that is because we stack the panels face to face, so that won't have a scratch on the surface.
2. There are three sanding machines, from rough sanding to fine sanding, we could keep the tolerance in a very good range, for 3mm we could keep around ±0.02mm.
3. Very good dust collector keeps this whole area clean and tidy. A very good environment for workers and also meets the requirements for environmental protection rules.
Sanding MgO board is usually used for laminated boards, but if the customer has higher requirements, also could be used as wall panel, floorings.
