Original buyers were told dubai base jumeriah will form part of branded hotel and residences with Sofitel but now they have pulled out and no mention of this at all and got replaced by Pavilion Group quietly. I have been looking at the work in progress site for the past 8 yrs and it will still need 1 to 2 yrs to complete, my guestimation. Oxley or pavilion its still bad.
Bbcc signature tower will be last to build after the entire master plan has been implemented. This means there will be two to three more blocks of apartments and office to be launched before this signature tower. Given that pnb118 will be ready by 2025, ecoworld may delay the launching due to over supplied of office demand and hotel. Note: even the 1st phase 3 to 4 star hotel has not been completed.
