In general manner acetic acid should produce H+ and methyl alcohol should produce OH-, reason is that In first step that H+ is coming from H2so4 which is way more acidic than acetic acid, not by methyl alcohol, if I'm wrong then feel free to correct me

No, because pi bonds are loose bonds which can broke easily and oxygen is more electronegative atom on double bond it can pull out pi electrons easily as u can see
When Carboxylic Acid undergoes Resonance, the double bonded Oxygen atom will acquire a negative charge but the oxygen attached to Hydrogen will acquire a positive charge. Hence, the pie bond breaks and the double bonded oxygen atom will attract the Hydrogen ion from Mineral acid.😊
