We also love MFW. I feel like people who use it, don’t curriculum jump much. I think that’s because it’s just so good!

I am a newer homeschooling mom and I just wanted to say how thankful I am for your videos. I have no in person mentors and I do not know any other homeschoolers in real life, so I really appreciate the time you are taking to describe what you have found useful on your journey. Your tips and advice have been so very helpful. -Katrina, mom to a 6 year old, 4 year old, and 2 year old 💜

I looked into My Father’s World when I first started researching homeschool! I loved it and it’s definitely a wonderful choice! I ended up piecing together my own curriculum from several publishers and it’s worked out well for us! But I totally agree that My Father’s World is perfect for first time homeschoolers! Great review!

What writing curriculum do you use?

Did you use this for teaching your children how to read or did you supplement? Also, could you skip the junior k and jump into the kindergarten level with a almost five yr old (oct bday)?

I used this to teach both of my children. I did not use the Jr k, but I did do 3 and 4 year old work, pre k, teaching letters, numbers colors, shapes, and some handwriting.

Do you feel the My Fathers World curriculum is challenging enough for your kids? We're thinking of trying it out with our kids for the first time but are worried if its challenging enough...your thoughts? Thank you.

I feel it does. You can lower it for Littles and raise it for the older ones.

Where is "my fathers world", math for 5th & 6th graders?

Math does not come in the My Father’s World package it it an additional item. I have used Saxon for years. I think they recommend Singapore math.
