Plz tell difference between iskon temple and normal Krishna temple

Iskcon temple is like a university where they have regular lectures and different different programs where they do kirtan japa and tell us the importance of lord and devotees.
And in a regular temple we just see a pujari people come to take darshan and just go.
If one wants to know what should we pray to god?
Then we don't have someone to answer there.
But in iskcon they say more examples and explain the real process of praying how to pray what to pray.
How the devotees of Krishna pray?
And all everything they explain.
