I can’t stand doing doors with two people, Especially on small openings. To find new track height it’s easy to install one door in center of opening place 3/16 shim under new hanger between top of door and run eccentrics up, center out and level perfect every time.
MotorcrossRacer1 Spanish elevator doors are 100 times more simple and easy to install and repair than this ones... even some of them are already assembled from the factory and you only have to screw them to the wall 🤣🤣🤣🤣

We only had a 3rd guy because this was a multi-car 2 team job and his mechanic was out for the day. So by allmeans, keep working by yourself because you think your too cool to have an apprentice working with you
