My son didn't buy me a Christmas present and he bought these other non family that he has the holiday dinners with, he bought 4 of them presents. He never mails me a present. I feel angry at him.
Good advice But at the end of the month you expect your paycheck and if your boss doesn't give it, won't you get annoyed? Isn't that expectation normal?

This video has not given any meaningful info. If you don’t have the minimum requirements/expectations in a relationship, then there is no need to be in one. Even an employee is expected to perform certain duties by an employer, and the employee expects to be paid. Are you saying that you should not expect to be paid in the relationship between an employee and an employer? This is why I think your video has not given any meaningful info.
