The team thats carried me was estroosa, blue skinny king, LVmeliods, with merline in the back
The team that carried me to champ was merlin, estarossa and chandler
Never used pierce before might build Lillia and rugal for meli. I get 60 gems a week
Interesting, though a Kyo-Eastin team might be better, if we don't have Rugal.
Lillia gives around +50 Pirece, Eastin-Kyo gives +40% to all but raw attack and has a single atttack.
Now Nag has to make gear with full Crit Dmg rolls to se how hard Meli's ult can hit

I feel like at a certain amount of pierce it becomes pointless to have more due to you basically doing true damage, but they don't really explain how damage calcs work when it comes to pierce and resistance and such.

I think that pierce just = resistance negation so once pierce = resistance your doing true damage - the defense. And I think that after you go over their amount of resistance it does kinda what powerstrike does and just starts to deal more and more damage. Maybe not as much as like a few times more but like 300% pierce from this video would deal around 30% more damage and with a pierce card it'd be 90% more or probably 80% if you count for their resistance

You can get even more pierce, use one of the pierce passive sub characters. They give 45% more to everyone. Which means even more pierce from lilia aswell

This Meliodas seems really good but when I see his kit, I'm scared that he will be absolutely crush by the next big unit

Well more or less since his passive is not made for the pierce team with pierce team you wanna use your AOE pierce cards which make his passive activates only a few times since you will not use a lot of single target attacks.

thank you nagato for making the sacrifice on making a pierce rolled set to prove pierce rolls aren't actually better than just normal attack % rolls for pierce cards, honestly it makes me wonder if the 3x effect has a number cap and he already reaches it without any extra pierce rolls like maybe 330% since the other pierce units don't even come close to his level of pierce rate at base, keep it up!! Curious to see if he can work with magelda on the big bird

You would never see his ult lol, and his Ult just gets stronger by levels there is no extra effect (All the effects gets stronger as well but nothing extra)

To be honest in my opinion I'm thinking king may still be better since the new meliodas needs a character with single target cards but king in the other works on all characters and that shield of his is awesome for almost all pve stuff
@@noekill4745 That is right but King Will need a new build with a taunt unit and remenber Pierce rate attacks One shot the shield so hes a big counter, and we dont know the potencial best team for meli, witch Will probably big counter King because he is so meta

Nag can u try Meli, blue summer merlin and fest gowther? You can seal the revelant abilities with level 1 cards,(making it consistent), you can kinda remove ult guage with gowther. Meliodas' base stats are so high already just 1/2 buffs and he's good.
Edit: Maybe it won't be mega consistent but idk just a team I thought would be good on paper
With weinheidt in the back you get 8% pierce extra at the end of every turn up to 5 times.
He looses already a lot of cc because of lilia and rugal when he has pierce rolls.
I mean he still had more cc than a lot of the people he faced. Lilia and rugal may lower cc a bit but weinhardt would make it abysmal

I mean are you a new player if you are you probably got gems to get still so I would say yes cuz king really is a great uint and you will have gems still for being a new player if you are but if you are not I mean that all up to you do you want king more or meli more either way both are great uints

Bruh my luck on this new banner is not it. I did get 2 ssrs on the first 30 gems/multi it was esterossa and the angel kid then in the next 300gems I got absolutely nothing just the guaranteed ssr at 300 which was Gowther but f me 300 gems without a single pull hurts the soul you know

Pierce rate negates defense. Lets say that your unit has 20% pierce rate and your enemy has 100 defense, 20% of the enemy’s defense is being ignored thus the enemy’s used defense is 80.
That’s how I think of it.

You can’t be ducking serious. I took off the crit gear for attk and crit for meli and 15/15 the defense ur gear so now I got perfect rolls for attk and defense 😭but my crit is shitty

He genuinely seems amazing but I think I might have to skip for the fact that I literally just went all out on king and his cosmetics. Moreover, I feel like the Mael their inevitable going to release as a light unit will probably be more broken than this meli.
I also feel like this meli doesn’t have anywhere near as much value as king, given king is amazing for the bird stage.
