@@ananyaa016 hey, you need to be well versed with NCERT for business studies and Indian economic development, and then study accounts and macro and micro from Sunil Panda sir, follow his educatianal videos religiously and I also did a lot of TH-cam video series of adda 247 channel. I studied from a govt school and no home tuitions, I didn't even buy some class 12th books, all i had was my computer and a good internet connection and a determination to get into a good college. Also do follow Sunil Panda sir, adda 247 MCQ series, and CUET pyqs

personally didn't take any coaching specifically for cuet. And btw I'm not from lsr,I'm from miranda house, but what I'd suggest to you is that you should focus on ur 12th ncert. Just read ncert thoroughly,and then practise questions(mcq type), if you wanna ask anything just comment here

So what do i have to do for that. What subjects to select for cuet exams and would it be difficult for me to get a seat in pol sci hons in Miranda house or let's say LSR Or hindu college because I am from science background. And what should be my approach for the exam subject wise and how to fill college preferences and do you have any idea when is cuet 2023 going to start. @@Bhat.11 ok, i will tell u what you have to do- 1. you should select the subjects which you have in your class 12th,ie- if you have phy, chem,bio,eng,hindi in 12th you can select only these domains,you can't select pol sci or history domain subject, because you don't have it in ur +2. 2. You'll have to secure really good marks ,actually cuet gives admission on basis of normalised score(which has something to do with percentile in cuet exam,percentile is not equal to percentage) 3. This year the cutoff for north campus was high as well,like,it was I think 750+(normalised score)(ie,750+/800) for arts courses,but as MH is all girls, the cutoff would have been around like,725+ I think? I am pursuing physics hons so I don't know much about arts courses cutoff but by seeing the trend this year, yeah,it was high. and next year it's gonna be even higher becuz of more completion as a lot of ppl didn't even sit in exam cuz cuet was new. 4. so all in all,you'll have to do at least 35+ questions correct out of 40 questions in each domain to get this score. final verdict- it's gonna be pretty tough to get this much marks as ur from science stream too. the exam questions are quite easier as compared to jee or even neet,but the competition is what makes cuet tough(so cuet is almost like neet,just the questions are a lil bit easier and competition even higher than neet cuz students from all streams are sitting in cuet) my advice: think again about switching streams. do you REALLY want to switch stream? or are you doing this just for upsc?if you're doing it for upsc,I'm not trying to demotivate u or anything,but don't switch only for upsc. it's not worth it,u can sit in upsc exam after doing bachelor's from any stream.
