Sir I m suffering from knock knees from past 16yrs , it stopped height growth. Mine left knee was dislocated 10yrs back ,it was corrected from 5% at the time operation as the doc said leg was loosing its sense when they tried for full correction. So after 9 months knock knee again visible. Now right knee is in bad shape, is there any way for correction, and sir now developed cubitus valgus in elbows , is there any effect treatment for all this

Only solution is surgery... 17 -18 par exercise nhi kaam karti .. I am also 17 mein last 1 half yr tak exercise ki but no results.....so better accept it... If u don't want to go for surgery.
