Murasaki sweet potato harvest 10 28 2021

Harvesting Murasaki sweet potatoes from whiskey barrel containers and raised garden beds.The containers produced more potatoes then the beds.

Right on!! I had the smallest sweet potatoes this year. It was just took cold here I think.

Thanks, yes some of mine were very mall, but I wrapped them in foil and put on the barbecue,they were so sweet...

I probably should grow sweet potato. I do like using it a good amount.

They are supposed to be easy to grow, if you have the right conditions..I had better luck growing them in large whiskey barrel containers, as opposed to in ground.

I grew these without knowing the name. They are sweet and grow deep. Good harvest 💚

We are gonna give them another try next season. This was our first year growing sweet potatoes. These were the best but we will try a few others. Happy gardening 🧑🏽‍🌾
