I’d love to see a college student apartment, not the kind where it’s all cute but a little cluttered/cramped because they’re trying to fit a few more roommates in to decrease rent

I actually made a house for 4 college students it's wonderful I even made sims to go with them! it's titled 'Roomate Roundup' haha (Spelled wrong I know smh but thats how it is spelled in game haha0
I was thinking similar - a young Dr or med student's apartment but all cluttered up and a little grungy since they're always working. But yeah! throw a few more roommates in and make it chaos! 😁💜
How about making one of the appartments for an older gentleman and his pug/dog. He likes to host game nights (wake the lama, chess, and whiskey!) for his friends and is really into knitting/arts and crafts, and video games because of his grandkid/neighbor's kids?
Edit: Forgot to mention: love the build! I lreally liked the appartment building build already and was very excited to hear you wanted to furnish all of them too so yay!🎉
As a busy mom, I can almost guarantee that you probably got your parents lunch. Also, the fish tank handle - it probably broke in the middle of her packing lunches and she thought “I will deal with this later.” And it ended up in the lunchbox. 😂😂😂 just speculation. I think that is a funny story.
But I love this apartment! It turned out cute!
I would love to see one of these apartments decorated for a young couple who are moving to a bigger apartment/house. You could have boxes around, some rooms way more cluttered than others...Then when infants come out, you could build their new home.
Doesn’t have to be for this apartment build but i’d love to see a series where you renovate apartments or build tiny homes for cartoon families (the powerpuff girls and their dad, phineas and ferb’s family, courage the cowardly dog, etc.) i think that’d be so fun!
This is so cute! One of the flats could be cute for a uni couple moving in together for the first time studying kind of opposite subjects (engineering and art? culinary and computer science) and they've brought stuff from their homes/halls to fill out the house and it's full of completely contrasting styles that maybe somewhat works together?

As a fellow picky eater, "It was probably the autism" is the funniest and most relatable thing I've ever heard 🤣
My classteacher in primary school was totally obsessed with healthy food, and your lunchbox story reminds me of that. The vision if she ever saw a peanutbutter jelly Sandwich in her classroom is very funny xD

I think a not so nice apartment should be featured. Like they have a hoarding problem or are just super messy. Maybe they collect things and their aspiration is to collect all the sims collectibles so they need all the weird skill building things

Family Dynamic Ideas -
1) A newly wedded couple's first home. (You can include pile of gifts or new things or unopened stuff, half done nursery room to show that they are planning to do different things with different rooms. )
2) A mother and daughter who have a family youtube channel to share there everyday life, have a pet
3) A new rising celebrity living with her dog (You can show with items how some of things are old but some things she is upgrading or renovating because she is trying to improve her lifestyle and match her new found popularity )
4) 5 roommates trying to pay little rent and living a little cramped up (one could be working as a new nurse, one could be a college student one could be a struggling musician or something)
5) A teacher who lives with all her cats
I also had a pack lunch peanut butter and jelly sandwich just about every day in school! i’m going to pack myself one to take to work tomorrow.
I'd love to see an apartment for someone who is a blogger or owns a business of some sort. But I would also love to see some houses from anime whenever you are done with these apartments

I LOVE how this came out you did a great job!!I've already decorated one for a single female who loves retro music and dj mixing as well ( my thought is she likes to mix retro sounds into music for videos) and the floor plan was a little tough to figure out for me. I was thinking that you be really fun to portrait like different stages os the same family. Maybe not in this series but maybe making an apartment for the same twin sisters when they are in college, and then one unit for eacho of them as get got they own families and maybe other one as they started living together again as elders, maybe after their spouses are dead, anyways. I guess it would a great warm up for the new pack.

My friend and I are both currently decorating each of these apartments and I think it’s cool we did almost a similar layout! Only we decided in true fashion of an apartment we are not changing layouts or appliances to keep it realistic :)

You could do kinda like my neices house where her twin brother and her older br9ther have bunk beds then her bed is on a different side of the room with a single mom middle class
How do you place items on top of surfaces so freely? I know how to use the alt key and that's about it :( I also just downloaded the tool mode and organized debug but I'm such a noob. Also, I'm so jealous of how good you are and other simmers are at building! I can't help but make things boxy. Would you ever make a video (I'm sure you have in the past but im newer to your channel) that shows noobies how to build different styles? Roofing tips? Etc.
my sims story currently: Single mom of twins (girl and boy), mom just recently graduated college is a lawyer and they were able to live out of their 2 bedroom one bathroom trailer into something bigger, girl is depressed and eats a lot to make her self happy, while mom does tries to connect with her she fails because girl doesn’t want relationship with mom, meanwhile son is perfect and has a very good relationship with mom and does wonderful in school, him and his sister has a great relationship and she comes to him for comfort whenever food can’t fill the void; don’t know where to go from here though? any thoughts or suggestions, maybe dad can make a comeback?
No specific suggestion but it'd be fun if one belongs to a paranormal sim!

I know in my head that its a mug on the coffee table, but my eyes will only see a roll of toilet paper, and that unlocked a memory for me of one of my parents being sick and toting aaround a roll of tp for their nose, and them leaving it somewhere in the kitchen or living room and me almost dying of the preteen embarrassment
