these nuggets are insane today, immediately clicked on the video, some of the older influencers are absolute sweethearts, these people are so comforting for those of us without our older family members there anymore, it reminds me of my grandparents :(
For real. Only one of my grandmother's are alive, I never really knew my grandfathers, and 99.98% of my family is flat out racist, homophobic, transphobic, misogynistic, etc. I've had to find my family in my friends, and my support online in places like Tiktok. I love seeing fun-loving, and supportive older people like this.
I personally am uncomfortable with people walking around shirtless. My dad does it a lot, and so does my little brother and it just makes me uncomfortable. Yeah i don't typically support stuff like that but i think eddie gets a pass. Because he's eddie, he likes to be shirtless everywhere because he's eddie!
I took Japanese classes from a wonderful older woman and she said a lot of crazy things, but one stands out more than the others. she was wearing these socks with chihuahuas on them and we all complemented her. she said, "oh, thank you!! I KICKED my DOG!" and proceeded to tell us she didn't see her little chihuahua, her foot went under his belly, and she basically slid him across the room like shuffleboard. her husband bought her the chihuahua socks afterwards because he thought it was funny
This reminded me of my great grandma 🥰 she was an english tutor for a family of Japanese children , and they brought her lovely pottery sometimes . We have a lot of it since she passed and its all so gorgeous
this is so genuinely wholesome! I sometimes feel like we treat older people like a liability and the older generation is seriously under-appreciated, of course not all old people are good people but that goes for every generation, age should not define a person's inherent value! From personal experience, I was genuinely surprised when I realised that my 83 year old grandma is much more open-minded than my parents, who are in their 40s. This video made me smile
Well that’s because lots of older people can be pretty bad unfortunately… If you’re Lgbt+ at all or work in like a retail service job then you definitely know, they can be pretty nasty and awful.. At least there’s some good ones out there though like in this video, but man they feel rare.. 🙁
@@KingOfGaymes I can totally see that. Having to be forced to interact with people everyday who don't understand, and sometimes don't want to understand can be extremely disheartening. my mom got a job as a lunch lady for a primary school this past year. she's going to quit after the year's over, but i liked hearing the stories she has about the kids. they're literally insane, but the kids love her and i'm pretty sure they are going to be sad when she's gone

@@wepeelwraps It's a joke. About social media. You see, when MySpace was the only social media site, it was a long time ago. And it was nothing like anything today--Tik Tok, Instagram, etc. There were ways to edit your profile on MySpace, but you had to use HTML codes to do it. So many of us back in those days taught ourselves HTML in order to change our page. There was no way to do it through MySpace, only through the use of HTML. The walking five miles uphill in the snow thing was an old person joke. A trope that all old people say "back in my day, we had to walk five miles uphill in the snow barefoot just to go to school". But explaining the joke definitely ruins it. I'm 42. It's just really funny to me that young people don't realize that older and old people navigated the internet when it was much more complicated and rudimentary. So it's humorous that many young people have a perception of older people as clueless. When, in reality, it's old people that came up with all of this technology. And it's old people who had to be much more technologically savvy. It wasn't like today, when everything is done for you. It's easy to use technology today. Back in the day, it could be very difficult to do simple things online. Hope that explains what does this even mean to you.
Jacob, I really think you’d love tequila and donuts too. She is so cute and shows off weird finds at her local grocery store and does cute TikToks with her husband Carl sometimes.
How you feel about those sweet, older tiktokers, is how I feel about you. Your humor and positivity are such a joy that brightens up my day each time 💜
This is the first video of his that I'm watching and I now understand why Kurtis and Jacob are such good friends ... the chaotic energy is off the charts.
I love the accidental Brechtian quality of Eddie's videos. In every second you're being reminded that this is a tiktok video by the fact that he leaves the direction in. Masterful!
as a tran, i agree i do need to see positive examples older people actually acting as sweet, loving parents/grandparents/members of society, its too easy to assume they are all ignorant and unwilling to change when the ones who were supposed to love you unconditionally let you down
the h3 podcast has gone through Eddie’s tik tok a lot and they’ve had him on twice, one of which he spoke for about an hour uninterrupted about his work as an extra over the past thirty years…and they actually sent eddie to a Walmart with one of the crew members who you can actually see in the one video where he’s coaching the guy on what to say, the h3 crew member is filming eddie behind him 😂
This stuff was great. Parents take note - younger people do want adults in their lives, aspire to be one of the cool wholesome ones like these fine folks!
I think the reason people like this so much is because it's how we wish older people acted in our own lives, instead of having to listen to your grandpa complain about "the new generation" and talk about war
You are the one and only person who seems to immediately see and understand that Eddie’s last name isn’t “Lovese” and that he was trying to type “Loves _____” but ran out of room for whatever he was typing. He mentioned that on H3 but there are pages crediting that has his last name lmao

Hope that explains what does this even mean to you.
that shirtless costco guy looks like that one weird relative who you'd only ever see at barbeques
Jacob, I really think you’d love tequila and donuts too. She is so cute and shows off weird finds at her local grocery store and does cute TikToks with her husband Carl sometimes.
What about that guy that sits with you with a cup of tea and tells you life advice and calls you grandbaby, makes cry every time man
The nugs not drugs poster.. 10/10 background design
Also if it was already here before. Then I never posted this :)👍
@@leieryx1323 i think it was 😭,,but shh nobody has to know
How you feel about those sweet, older tiktokers, is how I feel about you. Your humor and positivity are such a joy that brightens up my day each time 💜
My mom is part of the cleaning staff at the hospital and sadly people there and at the cafeteria are either really friendly or bullies :')
the way sonja says "sure!!!!" got me about to bawl my eyes out. how do you not just fall in love
Rip Lynja you are always loved🕊️
This is the first video of his that I'm watching and I now understand why Kurtis and Jacob are such good friends ... the chaotic energy is off the charts.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing older folks on my FYP having the time of their lives. 🙌🏻
I love older peoples's cooking channels. I don't have the best relationship with my grandma and grandpa so it makes me feel safe
Lynja is the most wholesome human I’ve ever found on the internet
I love the simple wholesome content
We loooooooooove Shirtless Eddie. What a sweet wholesome guy. He lives one of the most unique lives as a professional extra in Hollywood!
Wait seriously? Or this a joke? Can’t tell. Brains being stupid at the moment
@@pansexualdickhaver6878 I’m being serious haha! He has been an extra is soooo many movies. He did an interview on h3
@@h00dles33 that’s dope
I love how eddy just asks random people
I love the accidental Brechtian quality of Eddie's videos. In every second you're being reminded that this is a tiktok video by the fact that he leaves the direction in. Masterful!
as a tran, i agree i do need to see positive examples older people actually acting as sweet, loving parents/grandparents/members of society, its too easy to assume they are all ignorant and unwilling to change when the ones who were supposed to love you unconditionally let you down
Awww ill be your grandma Jacob, im younger than you but we can make it work!
why is this comment actually kinda sweet
yes!!! Lynja soothes my soul. Her jokes and memes are amazing. freaking love her. Her son helping her make and edit her videos just makes me so happy.
the h3 podcast has gone through Eddie’s tik tok a lot and they’ve had him on twice, one of which he spoke for about an hour uninterrupted about his work as an extra over the past thirty years…and they actually sent eddie to a Walmart with one of the crew members who you can actually see in the one video where he’s coaching the guy on what to say, the h3 crew member is filming eddie behind him 😂
Seeing cam in the vid had me ROLLING ON THE FLOOR 😂
Also family
Lol i was scrolling to try and find an H3 comment. I screamed when i saw Cam, and the fact that jacob doesnt know 😭
This stuff was great. Parents take note - younger people do want adults in their lives, aspire to be one of the cool wholesome ones like these fine folks!
When I first saw the thumbnail I thought that you were going to make fun of these people and I was ready to be angry.
I think the reason people like this so much is because it's how we wish older people acted in our own lives, instead of having to listen to your grandpa complain about "the new generation" and talk about war
2:52 omg thank you!
All of these channels are restoring my faith in humanity with each post they make.
You are the one and only person who seems to immediately see and understand that Eddie’s last name isn’t “Lovese” and that he was trying to type “Loves _____” but ran out of room for whatever he was typing. He mentioned that on H3 but there are pages crediting that has his last name lmao
Also if you want to see the process of him walking up to people, they did a whole segment on the H3 podcast of him basically doing exactly that.
Cookingwithlynja is my favorite and even though I don't have tik tok, I'm happy she is on youtube shorts because she is so funny and amazing editing. Top tier creator right there.
This video is exactly what I needed on a cold, grey, snowy-mushy day. Your joy is contagious, Jacob! 💛
I think they're made more endearing because they embrace gen z and use tiktok instead of critiquing it. I love the older people on tiktok so much!!!!
Sometimes you really just need someone else's grandma to be nice to you for a minute.
“With the right flavor it would be a really neat snack” this needs to be a viral TikTok sound lmao
Rip lynja
I love see through stock pots
we love shirtless eddie
just the serotonin boost I needed today, thank you Jacob
Eddy is just older Gibby
I watched this video with my shirt off and I just know Eddie would be proud if he knew that
3:51 her beauty regime .. she's reigns
this whole video felt like a warm wholesome hug
Aww I love shirtless Eddie!! He’s so sweet
