If you send her a small amount each month she's going to wait faithfully for you. Many women in the provinces only see their husbands twice a year because they have to go down to Bangkok for work. (Poor)Thai women are used to it. They have their family around them and with the small amount you can send them they are happy, not just with the money to help out but she can then have status in that her husband loves and cares for her.
