That's really cool how you mounted the underneath cameras! Give us a great perspective as far as clearance as well as stress on the suspension. thanks for sharing!!!
I was thinking of going there soon. I saw a recent video and the amount of vehicles is insane. One car broke down and it was a two hour wait before anyone could get down the hill. No thanks, I'll keep going to the desert.
@@MPTrailGroup Aww man, I'll be up near Carson City, NV for Thanksgiving! I definitely want to join y'all on a future ride. I'll keep my eyes peeled in the O4Lo group!
Dude this is lit!! You are so good with vlogging now men! Really enjoy this video! Where is Maya? Lol. Let's go Mrs.Ray haha looks like Karen and Kamilla have some competition now.
Made it in a rav 4 2001 fwd 16 inch rims allseason tires clearance was enough but couldnt go quick with the suspension dampening. Scratched car alot sue to best lines for my clearance being near bushes and plants🎉
If you still haven't had enough you can hit up the Wildomar OHV park that's across the Ortega highway. The road past the OHV park goes on for quite a while eventually coming back to the freeway if you don't get lost in the maze.
Yea man, i love that area too. A little tight in some areas but super fun. Bunch of easy routes but that bloody jersey section is a whole different beast lol.
Awesome bro do it. Its a perfect trail for crossover imo. Plenty of entry/exit points. You can start from OC side (maple springs road) and exit down to north main divide by highway 74 or you can go down indian truck trail and that would bring you to corona area. Or vice versa.
@@xxmeanyheadxx awesome man. Congrats, which one are you getting? Big bear just got a bunch of snow this past couple of days. Hit us up in Facebook at overland 4Lo, bunch of people post invites there for trail runs. I would recommend going with someone especially with snow.
Awesome video brother, are there any I live in the OC and I am not familiar with places to go and camp and off road in my Jeep but this looks like fun. Can you tell me how to get up there and any locations where I can pitch a tent, thanks.

Looks like some good trails to take the family for a day trip. Thanks for sharing!
Yea bro, perfect for a day trip with awesome views 👍🏽
I took the fire road…never again. It was the one by the Vons that went through the neighborhood to get to. Scratched my paint up from all the bushes.
Thank you for the video. Inspirational!

Man that was a bummer that area is closed. It was my first area I've off road in years ago.
I know right. This area was so much fun. Im really hoping that eventually they open it back up.
This is pretty awesome! Hopefully we can visit when I fly back this December. Let's hang out again soon bud!

@@MPTrailGroup - I went today with my brother .. it was nice super rocky at the top and pretty rutted .
Bolt loose on your skid plate at 7:00. Nice video! Way to get your wife involved.

Cool video bro thank you, been wanting to take my awd rav4 haha, is the trail one way in one way out?

Have you guys done sunset there? It was mentioned to me but it would be my first time
First time off-roading *
@@cookncutie sunset is great up there! 👌🏽
You think a 4x4 hi-roof sprinter can get up there, are there low trees over the main trail?
I think so as long as you have ground clearance but your sprinters gonna get scratched up the best lines are right next to sharp plants
I know this video is a couple of years old, but I was hoping somebody might know if you have to buy some sort of day pass to go up here.
Nope. I just went today. No pass required.
@@BrandonChiantaretto Cool, thanks!
what's the closest place to see snow around here?
Best bet is probably Big bear. Sometimes Idyllwild, Palomar mountain and thomas mountain gets some snows as well.
@@MPTrailGroup thanks i'm picking up a 4x4 tomorrow can't wait to test her out :) havent seen snow since i was a kid!

@@MPTrailGroup touareg v10 tdi. thanks for the info :D
Looks like lady had enough of this lol
Do you air down your tires on this trail?
Yea mostly for comfort. Traction is normally not an issue.
Is this trail easy with a 2WD?
Ive seen plenty of 2WD going up this trail. As long as the trail is dry I don’t see any issues.
How do you get there from Long Beach? Thank you
Take Silverado canyon on up,was there 2days ago !😊
The part you went up at 5 min is a HUGE hole now ! 😊Thanks for your work !
Why is there a thong by your push to start button?
4LO and diff lock seems like an overkill for that little rut
