I had the same experience. The doctor said that my tatay has only few days to live due to cancer and I felt really broken that time. But God comforted and cheered me up by His words. My tatay is in heaven now with Him :)

I literally know what you are feeling right now, ate Mika. We've been there too 6 months ago. My father had a motor accident and he stayed at ICU for about 2 weeks. I've been crying every day and night. There was always fear in my heart. I am afraid that I might lost my father. He was half paralyzed, he was bed ridden, he couldn't speak, and he only have a tube on his nose through his stomach just for him to eat 😭 I'm losing my hope but God is so kiiiind! He never left us. We've been hug by His grace. Now, my father has recovered! He can move now, can talk (but still difficult for him) and eat all by himself! So ate Mika, keep on fighting! Release it all to God. I also listen to this song way back 2018 when I knew that my father was accidentally hit by a truck while he was biking and he had a brain comma which led to his death few days after. I hurriedly went back home in Bukidnon from South Korea & there are days that I break into tears until now. My father inspires me to take extra care of my my health, love my family,never give up on my dreams, transforme every challenges into opportunities & Trust in God no matter what. I literally know what you are feeling right now, ate Mika. We've been there too 6 months ago. My father had a motor accident and he stayed at ICU for about 2 weeks. I've been crying every day and night. There was always fear in my heart. I am afraid that I might lost my father. He was half paralyzed, he was bed ridden, he couldn't speak, and he only have a tube on his nose through his stomach just for him to eat 😭 I'm losing my hope but God is so kiiiind! He never left us. We've been hug by His grace. Now, my father has recovered! He can move now, can talk (but still difficult for him) and eat all by himself! So ate Mika, keep on fighting! Release it all to God. Give up all those anxieties and fears to Him! I promise, He has something better for you and for your family. Praying for fast recovery of your father. I love youuuu! 💖🌻

I also listen to this song way back 2018 when I knew that my father was accidentally hit by a truck while he was biking and he had a brain comma which led to his death few days after. I hurriedly went back home in Bukidnon from South Korea & there are days that I break into tears until now. My father inspires me to take extra care of my my health, love my family,never give up on my dreams, transforme every challenges into opportunities & Trust in God no matter what. It's true that when your father died, there is always a piece of you which is broken forever and it helps us to be stronger building our parent's legacy. My mother is depress. I’m living with anxiety and stress. I don’t know what to do. I just pray wholeheartedly that God will heard that.
For spiritual pray. For a lifestyle . Less caffeine or no caffeine at all, just water with lemon therapy. Caffeine is one of the most poison that control our nervous system. And it will trigger your anxiety. No sugar at all, no caffeine at all. Like soda,chocolates, and most of all coffee. Avoid all that. It will gives you a new life and make you calm.
