Great looking plane, it's my 2nd, I got it a few months ago. I put flaps on it and that was alright for awhile but I had to disable them to let the plane work with my new DX6e and Safe modes, unfortunately.
I know that preference is a subjective thing. But if you were to choose between the Carbon Cub S2 and the FMS 1300mm PA-18 Super Cub which would you choose? Thanks.
Thanks. You have way more RC flying experience than I do and I respect your opinion. That PA-18 sells out fast. I'll have to be ready to pull the trigger when it is available again.@@FatGuyFliesRC
Taught myself to fly with that airplane in conjunction with the realflight simulator. Still have the carbon cub but thinking about donating it to the club for someone just starting out
Very stable fun reliable for fun cub!
That was my first big plane it’s been through the ringer but still flys great. Great 👍 video. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Mine always pulls to the left when taking off, is that normal for all planes or specific to the cub?
Depends on cubs sometimes but try taking off more slowly , ease into the throttle.
I bent the outer wing leading edges down on mine it had violent stall characteristics up here at 6000 feet.
Wow well were are just above sea level here.
Would you recommend this over the fms p-18 1300 for a beginner?
Yes

That is a hard choice. Probably the fms pa 18 . It has more features. Both fly great.

That is a great idea. I just donated some planes to my club.
That was my first plane, Parkzone SportCub. I gotta have one…
I highly recommend this one.
@@FatGuyFliesRC I wish it was available as PNP or BNF, I’ve got a RadioMaster and Futaba Transmitters.
@@itzjoeylo4501 Use the link in the video description and in the Hobbyzone section they have the bnf available.
@@FatGuyFliesRC use FGFRC…?
