Remembering a shooting game that started SL, an app to get away from 9/11 for an hour or whole night, brokering land and prim creations. Attending meetings remotely and being a mentor to new avatars. Remembering MYST fans recreating gaming worlds. I do want to see the VR, motion capture, feedback immersion, safety and security customization.
Speaking of brands, we recently had a discussion about how it would be fun to have Door Dash or some such thing in SL to do RL orders and then also deliver the meal to the avatars in world to simulate a real world dining experience.
Hearing impaired is not an issue with SL, it's not purely voice focused and there's speech-to-text interfaces. Currently these are external but there's been talk about possibly providing that internally with the upcoming WebRTC switch. Blind is trickier, but there are scripts and external tools to help vision-impaired people. While SL isn't fully accessible, there are efforts to make it better. Even so, there's currently quite a few people with various disabilities using SL. It's especially great for people who are housebound. They can experience some joy dancing, sailing, driving, exploring, RPing, creating, etc.pp.
Love Philip’s enthusiasm which you hear so clearly in his voice. Interesting ideas! Let’s have the country of SL lol.

There is a VR mod for SL, using the Firestorm viewer. Never tried it as I don't believe VR is all that great, but if you search for it you'll find it.
We visited the MYST sim that is still around during the Valentine's Day Special video.
