The latter is only at 2 right now but the other two are at 4, so you could have been talking about either. I personally have done close to 2000 miles on Topo shoes and have never had one just fall apart on me, but manufacturing defects happen with every shoe manufacturer. The MT5 is a great all around beginner shoe with the same tread as the Ultraventure but a lower stack height and a more affordable price.
Have you seen how much the Amazon seller is trying to sell the Spark for! ? Brutal $1,224!....but great info on the woman's spark for men. Fjallraven keb women's also work great for men, I'm a 34-35 waist, 35/36 women's Keb is perfect... actually better fit.
