Any time I match up with lee I always feel like Im on negative frames the whole and have to play safe 90% the time

Lee player here. You don't wanna press too many buttons as his counter hits are really good. Lots of his good attacks hit high so duck can be very strong against him. Also you'll wanna be careful about using moves that are unsafe on block as he has the best 10f punish in the game with acid rain. Lots of his strings aren't safe so some studying to figure out what you can punish and how can go a long way. Oh and watch out for slide. Most people aren't often ready to get hit by a low from almost full screen.
