I have been using Macbook air M1 and it's a beast. Apple can change the market with just 1 product and with M1pro and M1max they just made other laptops look like aged old technology. This is great engineering from Apple.

Well, as far as iPhone unit sales are concerned…I would like to opine that back in 2016, there was hardly any competition for apple in the smartphone market that would beat Apple in Smartphone market, other than Samsung. It is just amazing that iPhone sales are so strong even after so tough competition from Android market.
I've got to say on thing, Buying a new laptop these days is a lot of dilemma that's where apple is good at , you've got one upgraded product launched every year and no different series of products to suit different kind of needs(except for gaming though) all at one place like a good investment!

A lot of times, they just have minor changes here and there. Now that’s again something that might have contributed to the downfall of units sold.
Its just a mature phase of business Apple's iPhone is going through, as someone rightfully said that "one cannot infinitely innovate a product". Its apparent that iphones have Little or no growth Industry consolidation High barriers to entry during the mature phase but company is making sure to maintain its market share and venturing into more valuable and revenue generating businesses.

It would have been better if you have included M1/ MX chipsets when you are talking about revolutions in Apple. It is a wonderful revolution and a classical example of how you can eliminate your dependence on key suppliers, aka chipset manufacturers (Intel) by Backward Integration. Every other company now trying to emulate that model now. It is a true revolution in Hardware Industry after years. And the case study needs some more facts about the company's internal organisational structure. I would suggest to refer some HBR articles for this.

One think you missed. In western countries we don’t buy phones outright but on a contract and many times it’s free just to stay in the contract for 1-2 years. So price point is not that of a barrier for apple users with the retail customer. Wholesale buyers like the carrier make money via accessories & plans.
Most high tech companies are one trick ponies - Search Advertising for Google; iPhone for Apple and Windows/Office for Microsoft. They build services around these that provide for growth and profits. One thing that this video is NOT talking about, one very crucial thing is QUALITY. Apple products are expensive but are of very high grade and quality - you get what you pay for. What will kill Apple - it is not a competitor but some new technology trend or device. We don't know what it is. Just like how digital camera killed Kodak or electric cars are going to kill a host of car manufacturers. To Apple's credit it created the smart phone market, it created the concept of an eco-system, it killed the music labels business. Don't know what next.

Apple is just shit in terms of Software Service. They have good UI but they don't have good UX. They focus more on features they think are useful rather than how can they solve actual human problems. Steve Jobs had the mind to do it. Nowadays Apple is just a money minting machine. They can't earn through ads, hence they charge more for their product (Security is a plus point to this). Now they are limited to the Apple ecosystem, but a player like Google is working hard to be as efficient as possible in the software space and available to everyone. Disadvantage: Google uses your data for ads. If you see older I/Os, you will see how Sundar Pichai explains every rollout, what motivated them and what was the problem statement. Apple will survive only on hardware quality and few brand loyalists.

I bought i phone 11 last year or 24k , by exchanging old one and going to use it for next 6 to 8 years ... How iphone lasts long ? never use i cloud , never sync anything to cloud never enable any service , block all permissions, don't enable siri, Don't buy any services from Apple or anyone like , arcade , itunes Don't use any streaming services or even buy them just use messaging services if required or to check mail. you can use iPhone for atleast for 6 years.
I'm having 200% doubt on your word, Google assistance way better than Siri, buddy Use the siri again and then check. There is no match between Google Assistant and Siri. Im using both Android and iPhone and i never use Google Assistant because of slow response but Siri i use 100s of time in my day.

M1 chip is groundbreaking. The iPhone 13 is still the most powerful phone (by quite a margin) and has the best camera.

If you see they had used Intel chips these days now they have got the idea on manufacturing chips and the same they will do with apps also. The app launchers in IOS App Store face difficulties because they always need to get there payment via Apple App Store. There are many big giants who oppose apple policy but they are helpless because people attracted towards these Apple products. For sure one day Apple is gonna get sued. Now i understand why huawei was banned. It was not just because of 5G. It was also to save apple because huawei was on the verge to capture apple's premium segment and huawei also had robust ecosystem like apple.

One think you missed. In western countries we don’t buy phones outright but on a contract and many times it’s free just to stay in the contract for 1-2 years. So price point is not that of a barrier for apple users with the retail customer.

One thing that this video is NOT talking about, one very crucial thing is QUALITY. Apple products are expensive but are of very high grade and quality - you get what you pay for. What will kill Apple - it is not a competitor but some new technology trend or device. We don't know what it is. Just like how digital camera killed Kodak or electric cars are going to kill a host of car manufacturers.
To Apple's credit it created the smart phone market, it created the concept of an eco-system, it killed the music labels business. Don't know what next.

Apple is just shit in terms of Software Service. They have good UI but they don't have good UX. They focus more on features they think are useful rather than how can they solve actual human problems. Steve Jobs had the mind to do it. Nowadays Apple is just a money minting machine. They can't earn through ads, hence they charge more for their product (Security is a plus point to this).
Now they are limited to the Apple ecosystem, but a player like Google is working hard to be as efficient as possible in the software space and available to everyone. Disadvantage: Google uses your data for ads. If you see older I/Os, you will see how Sundar Pichai explains every rollout, what motivated them and what was the problem statement. Apple will survive only on hardware quality and few brand loyalists.
Hope the iphone 14 pro dynamic island revives its innovations as people see it to be.. Been iphone users since long and Without doubt I can say.. ios is the best operating system
