A sincere question. Should we be concerned about the deterioration of some parts, such as fabric, leather, plastic, etc., in these inart figures? I worry about whether they will be in perfect condition as the years go by... Can anyone give an opinion?

Where are my Gandalf hands in the set, I write under each video but you ignore how your support has been ignoring emails for a year, two hands are missing from the set ur QC are great GJ every now and then you delete the video and upload it again and you get a lot of negative comments

Our general policy is that customers should report all service issues to the person or company they ordered from first. If the seller doesn't reply within 30 days, you can contact customerservice@inart.studio. If you have previously sent an email to that address already, please re-send it so that we can follow up as soon as possible.
@@INARTOfficial I did everything according to the procedures, no one contacted my seller for a year, then I started writing to you, once you replied and told me to send me photos, I did it and at that stage you ended the conversation with me. I will send email like you told me now hope this time i sort this
I feel your pain! I also was scammed by Toys Wonderland $480 for Inart Gandalf that was never delivered.
Will INART ever do restocks of past items for instance Gandalf and Aragorn?
I wish I could maintain my figure, but Toys Wonderland have kept my figure and taken my money.
