This was exquisite and brought back all the feelings again. I have to agree with you; I also struggle a lot in editing this film, despite it being a favorite of mine. I don’t know, maybe it’s my intense need for perfection (though I rarely achieve it haha).
Thank you so much, and I totally know what you mean about striving for perfection. It's funny, when I first started editing I was thrilled to make just about anything. The more work I've done and the more I've learned about the process though, the more self-critical I've become. Unfortunately this has really hampered my creativity. Btw I love your Handmaiden edit but was too shy to comment (I really need to stop lurking and interact with other editors more). It really helped me get the juices flowing for this edit so you have my sincere thanks!
