Hi parul .great video.Any general idea about the visitor visa..just in case SOWP takes time meanwhile can we try for visitor visa.hv you come across anybody who did arrive with a visitor visa n then converted that to Sowp..I am asking this since I hv a year old baby
Is marriage certificate mandatory for SOWP files? While uploading other documents they did not ask for any such documents. My husband is on close work permit and recently he has received the PPR. I have received the BVL and waiting for final decision. Will there be any problem?

There's a term which says rental agreement or proof of stay, so the thing is i am not included in lease so is it possible to put spouse visa if I don't have lease agreement

Hi Dear Parul, Hope u will in good health. I often watch ur videos. I am working in Zimbabwe on work permit as a Country Procurement Manager with a Steel Manufacturing firm. My wife is in Canada on study permit in Toronto since Dec 2020. I am applying for open work permit. As i have seen on the immigration website. They are not asking for Marriage certificate, funds & relation proof. There is no such form is there to fill. On the upload of documentation : there are three forms i.e. Work Permit form, Family , details form & Medical form. May u plz help me, how to provide the information of relationship, marriage certificate & funds by filling which form.
