Self raising flour already has the raising element in it. But you can easily substitute it by adding baking powder or baking soda , or both ( depends on what you are baking). You can check a ratio on internet.
I want to do one more request. Kindly demonstrate us the basics of baking at home. Like how to make cream chease at home...etc... I hope u fullfill both requests.

The color of egg yolks reflect what the chickens ate. Yellow = grains like corn, wheat and barley. Orange = free range with wide variety of food includes worms.

I’ve seen yellow yolks I’ve seen orange yolks I’ve never seen one red orange
P T you are very lucky. I’m from America and the majority of egg companies are all from factory farmed chickens. Our yolks are yellow here.
