It was an exchange that needed to happen to close that chapter. I see how it can read wrong to people, but sometimes we have to stop operating from our ego and look at things as what it is for that person. Moniece and Rich should've had an open and honest conversation about what her exchange with Fizz stemmed from. We don't always allow for safe space conversations with our loved ones in the way we think we do.
She should've had that conversation off camera honestly. I'm not with the father of my child and feel like if he ever had this conversation with me I would respect it and want to be with someone mature enough to understand it. I think Moniece tried with Rich to the best of her ability. When we've been down and hurt so long, happiness scares us and we start to self sabotage. I believe she was looking for a reason to push Rich away by throwing all these tests at him, move across the country, meet my mom, meet my bd then when rich complied it was let me do this shoot behind his back (on natl tv), let me confess my feelings again on natl TV, let me press him for a ring. At some point a person gets tired of feeling like they're the only one trying and sacrifice and its just easier and healthier to walk away. Tho I believe she loved and cared for rich, I also believed she was relieved. In that scene, most women would have gone after the other person, cried, had some form of her emotion, but her response was Nicki got a death wish. I think these two looked good together and had chemistry but that relationship didn't have a chance.

I'm not with the father of my child and feel like if he ever had this conversation with me I would respect it and want to be with someone mature enough to understand it. But I would tell my partner as well. Not have them find out from someone else. My child's father gf has come to me plenty of times expressing her feelings and I never repeat it to him. Fizz getting mad at Moniece for “ruining his event” but he basically lit the fire, Then got mad when it burned him. He repeated a conversation to his messy girlfriend that he had no business repeating. Period! Then if he felt the need to tell his girl he should have made it clear it was not to be repeated! Period!
