They are basically starting from scratch. When you’re down to a minivan and a sedan, you have nowhere to go but up. I like the airflow. I’m hoping they keep the 300 with a redesign. They got the van. A subcompact and a development of a new version of the Crossfire would be cool. Since the Airflow is the crossover why not develop a wagon. (remember the Pacifica was originally a wagon?) I doubt we will see any luxury vehicles…but an Imperial…wow that would be cool. Doesn’t seem Chrysler’s future is developing luxury models. I know a lot of comments on here dissed the Chrysler’s move to all electric, and I get that for sure. But that will be the branding for Chrysler that may save it along with high quality and safety features. I really want Chrysler to succeed. Almost 100 years old! 👍🏼

Honestly Chrysler can, and needs to do better. Not that there's anything wrong with this Airflow concept, it's just a bit dull is all. I get that it's a mostly production ready concept but when Hyundai is building something that looks like the Ionic 5 you need to step up, but instead of stepping up you've made another nondescript jellybean cuv that will blend into the background with all the other jellybeans. I think it's especially important to make something iconic as a first foray into the BEV market or you're going to get left behind, there is absolutely zero buzz about this concept, the previously mentioned Hyundai has been out for a while and people are still talking about it. Chrysler history is full of icons like the original Airflow, the first real muscle car (never mind what the GM nuts tell you) The Chrysler 300B back in 1956, the New Yorker of almost any year, the early Town and Country convertibles, and even the New 300's before you just left them to die, they were all special, all head turning Chrysler originals, in contrast, this is an appliance. Do better or you're not going to be around and that makes me incredibly sad and more than a little angry. Rant over

P.S. I know that the first 300 was in 55, but the B is my favorite. And for those who are wondering, the 300 was the first production American car over 300HP (hence the name)

My last Chrysler was a 2001 Sebring Lxi sedan. I had the disastrous 2.7 litre V6, but mine was okay because I changed the oil every 3000 miles. The corrosion killed it after 160,000 miles. I had problems with suspension due to corrosion. I liked the cab-forward design of the Concorde, Intrepid, and Vision. Concentrate more on the durability and reliability more than all the fluff tech, and customers might return. I know too many people who switched to other brands because of reliability/quality issues, myself included.

This presentation was painful to listen to. Chrysler has been around for almost 100 years, and they’ve down to committee approved corporate buzz word salad in talking about cars. And I like the Airflow, can’t wait to try one out. We can’t stop electrification, but Mopar has always found a way to keep their fans happy.
Please, PLEASE get back to making cars we love. It’s not all your fault- Mercedes tanked the brand to remove a competitor, we get it. But come on, why take away the more desirable trims of the beloved 300 year after year? Stop listening to the bean counters, you’re a CAR COMPANY- listen to those that have supported you throughout the decades.

I wish Chrysler Engineers would look all the way back of the development of the turbine engine but instead of thinking of the turbine engine to power everything directly as they did in the past I'm thinking of a 5 horse gas turbine our alternative fuel turbine directly hook to a generator just like the version that was done where they converted gasoline pickups into gas electric Drive and I had such huge fuel advantages about on the highway the first 40 miles was done by the batteries and then the little turbine would kick in and generate enough power to not only recharge the battery but for an extended Journey the fuel savings on their V8 setup instead of a turbine engine that I'm thinking of using they was averaging over 45 miles per gallon on the highway and this was a full size pickup truck adjust a 5 horse turbine engine where the intake side where the jet engine would be sucking the air through the turbine blades and not heating up the turbine on the exhaust side let alone they could use the high alcohol fuel with no issues

Car is beautiful especially the interior dash and head rest of seats. Hope they dont change that allso the front led both just inder the hood and the 3 bar led where fog lights should be.
If the entry level model has 400 mile range and you dont price the car at 80k then you got s winner. The average salary in usa now is low especiall in red states like florida and alabama etc... if you price the car at 40k and over it will be out of most folks price range. No one want to have a monthly house payment on a care that depreciates each year. Also Chrysler dont make same mistske as ford did with their ev andlet the dealer kill folks with mark ups. Went to look at mach E and msrp was 42k with mark ups by dealer price jumped to 68k.
We walked out of dealership. They had no customers for a Saturday and tons of mach E's sitting on the lot.
May be offer same design and interior and dash bit mske it a less expensive hybrid or a 3 cylinder like buick Envista.

what people don't realize is the COST of an electric vehicle [ l,m NOT talking purchase price ] from mining the "lithium" to processing it , to manufacturing the batteries , to vehicle production and the drain on the electric grid , it cost more in FUEL [ diesel & gas ] to produce an electric vehicle than that electric vehicle will ever save = it's all BS and you can't even charge your EV in Cali because of the weak power grid , not to mention in France there are 10's of thousands of EV cars in junkyards that the battery's died in and the cars are still fine , France went all EV 20 years ago and it didn't work out = lesson learned
