It's kind of crazy how you nailed every single aspect of Loathe's current style. Like, you have the scratchy sounds, the perfect mix of grain and hi-fi, the freaking stacked octave sound, and then the chord progressions are very Loathe-y. And those vocals nailed too. Big ups to you.

I feel like the both of us (or at least me) go by feel when it comes to songwriting and the whole idea was just studying existing loathe parts whether it be the note choice, chords used, common rhythms/syncopations that they use etc and implementing all of that on a fresh sheet of paper to see how close we could get. I don't know much about music theory either so I feel like I wouldn't know exactly what to explain or talk about in the video hahaha. Plus I have yet to make a talking video and it is a bit out of my comfort zone (at the moment) hahaha but comments like these push me to try out new things so thank you for that, maybe in the future!
