Green and yellow is better! If you are going to buy a 175hp tractor buy a 6175R or 6175M....much better!
I got a puma 185 a puma 165 and a maxxum 150 and they are all super reliable tractors never given trouble and i am being super honest
How much is it
just wanted to add some quick points since ive had one of these for a while and got number 2 on its way
that model is 175hp and then + the ecu boost (power management) which will bring it up to 225ish on the engine.
you can choose and select the exact speed in each range independently and use them like traditional gears if your want.
using the lever to brake will make it use 100% of engine/transmission brakes but only 50% when just letting go of the pedal, but also the exhaust brake is very good on these.
it our model with 650-65/42 runs abit above 50kmh with around 1660 rpm on the engine
it got a button you can press and it has 3 different levels that will affect how "fast/hard" it will react to your accelerating and engine braking
what you called automatic/gps steering it isnt that, its the Headland Management Control (i believe this is the english word for it)
We used to have a magnum and have a case combine, great machines 👌🏼

Shame it doesn't have the 300 noise on it, they look amazing. Nice tractor all the same, claas and deutz next please. And a big fendt.
I'm a fan of Case IH. Im an owner of a Maxxum 150 and i'm pleased.

You should take a look at a new holland t7 power command so that it's not too similar to this, although they're simular machines they're also very different at the same time. Equally Brillaint machines in their own ways. I drive a t7 and it's Brillaint couldn't fault it

As a replacement for your discs, I recommend a sumo trio cultivator, we use it on a JD 6195m and it does a great job.

nice tractor, tractor manufacturers these days change all the time so one does not know where you are with engines and transmissions, don't listen to the JD guys they cannot get wiring diagrams for their tractors because JD keep all that information to themselves, I have repaired a few JD's to resell and have been disappointed in them they could be designed a lot better all round, Case made in Austria why look anywhere else?

The one thing case has over New Holland is they are built in Austria better quality control
King long Draw no case is much better build quality like a top range then new Holland are just big standard and really shit tbh
On our farm we run a 7630 three 6830 and one cvx

How do you afford to buy a Tractor like this ? And how do you afford to buy land to start farming ? My family own farms & land but refuse to help me start up. What sort of grants are available for first time farmers ?

Greg Bailey I've tried multiple times, the reason given is that they have rented land to the same person for years & also can't afford to pay anyone to work for them. Unfortunately sometimes when parents split & meet new people wills change also & the inheritance changes.
