This man is probably my favourite chef on this channel. He really takes pride in his work - the long, slow preparation of the beef mince is testament to that care - and the results look great. What I wouldn't give to eat there!
Never have Chinese food in Japan but it is interesting. Some dishes are authentic like the mapo tofu and some are like a Chinese-Japanese dish that i would like to try.
