this is incredibly peaceful, it brought up a lot of fond memories I have of my late grandmother. she did reiki too, initiated me and I was to learn from her. but sadly she passed last year. this reminded me of all the times I sat through introductory sessions, she'd give me paper and pencils to do whatever, or I could just watch, only rule is I shouldn't interrupt. good old times. instant subscribed.

I have a question, sometimes I use your videos while I do chores and stuff like that, but what about reading books?. Do you think there is some contraindication or just in some videos?. You know for the words you are reading.
I think it should be fine! Reiki always goes where it is needed. I just add all these intentions and flare as a way to focus between me and the viewer. At it's base level Reiki knows how to heal you best. So feel free to relax and read a book!
