HD 5850 Fan and Thermal Pad Replacement

VRM Thermal Pad eBay ref does not reference a product now. What was its thinkness and thermal conductivity W/mK?
Some sources recommend at least 11W/mK thermal pads for HD5850.
Does it work with your 100x100x2mm-PS3 Gpu PS2 XBOX 360 3.2W/mK for VRAM?

Recently i lost 4 screws that hold fan to hd5850 like in 0:24, could you tell me what is the size or type for that screw? Sorry for my english
