好像是和記黃埔公司與英國天空電視台、美國默多克 傳媒合資成立的電視公司,面向全亞洲播出。中文台 是免費的,電影台、體育台、Channel V、西片台是 要收費的耶,當年看到STAR TV 感覺STAR TV是李嘉诚于1991创立,由其子李泽楷运营, 李泽楷1993年将STAR TV出售给默多克,1995年被 默多克完成全部收购。默多克花了数十亿美金收购 STAR TV,其目的是想打入中国大陆市场,他曾于 1994年接触中国广电部门领导商谈STAR TV落地中国 大陆全境的闭路电视网,但谈判以失败告终。后来刘 长乐找到了默多克经过几十轮谈判后,把卫视中文台 拆分,最终成立“凤凰卫视中文台”其成员并入“凤凰卫 视中文台”,由于默多克与刘长乐在节目运营和理念 上有根本不同,默多克认为凤凰卫视中文台,应该是 娱乐、娱乐、再娱乐。而刘长乐是搞新闻出身,认为 凤凰卫视应该以新闻立台,以新闻为主,后默多克于 2002年成立星空卫视,专门对中国大陆播出,中国 广电部门先前答应在几年之后就可以让星空卫视在中 国大陆全境落地播出,但最终是一纸空文,没有兑现 承诺。星空卫视在2007年以后逐渐衰退,最终默多 克出售“星空卫视”和抛售凤凰卫视全部股份。

Not a single new channel ident of today 2024 is as perfect as the old 90ts times ident . How many agree plz comment back.
Note:- Star sold it's News channel to Anand Bazar Patrika (ABP)...... (No idea about the exact year of this happened) and later got rebranded as "ABP News"

Star News was always powered by other news service providers. From 1999 to 2003 it was powered by NDTV. Then NDTV started their own channels. ABP started working with STAR from 2003 until in 2011, STAR quit News business altogether and ABP took over those channels completely.
the reason why star quit news was to focus on entertainment.

@@Rabenda_JP 台湾地区可以看到，但基本都是台湾地区本土化的节目了，和原来没有拆分出凤凰卫视时的中文台在节目上有很大的不同。当时的中文台真是文明之光。

The STAR World Ident from 1996-1998 was a Fan Fare being imitated from STAR Plus. There was a STAR World Ident right after STAR Plus split in 1996 but it has become unknown.

My fondest memory is when Star Plus was a bilingual Channel from 1996-2000. Star News at 7 pm in Hindi and Star News at 9 pm in English by the NDTV Team on Star Plus channel, much before Star News separate channel was launched.
1999 star tv ident is missing but at the beginning is you're watching star
in Channel V in 1995 its almost the same station notice, but the difference is the language it self, Mandarin in V Chinese while English in India, Middle East & SE Asia feed. It true that the animation with a woman stretch with a V logo was only seen in Channel V Chinese feed only (Now V China still exists until now) otherwise they removed it from India/ME and SE Asia Feeds. Even the program schedules (Tonight Program) has also a different music theme for both feeds. I know its rare to find the V india Station notice of 1995 Where The VJs in India VJ Sophiya, Trey, Allesandra, Luke Kerry, Laila and Even Nonie Tao.
I have watched Some Clips bt it's really hard to find ! ...i wish i can see that logo with English Dub along with Star Plus Full Audio ! .... Im still searching for Them

I noticed one thing: the 1994 and 2000 version of Star Movies and Weishi Diangyin Tai (SCM) idents are very much the same. Except, for the colours and the graphical difference in the 2000 idents.

If anything we get to learn from this video:
India has no creativity in making idents or a better logo anymore. They lost their balls after 2009 started. And they may destroy our childhood any time by making Star name into utsav.
And other channels have evolved to fox channels and reverted again in star channel for some time. The problem is we can not bring the old memories anymore.
My dream is now to see this is star aur ap dekh rehe hain star plus or star sports or even star movies one more time🙁😞😞

Only for HK,Taiwan and Few Region in Asia Maybe Korea,Japan Also... The north beam Which was also known as Star Plus International Rebranded to Star World Back in 1997 ... Bt after breaking Partnership with Zee Star World Was re introduced here (South Asia and Middle east) after 1998 and Star Plus Focused on Hindi contents
