As an artist, I LOVE the way you literally paint your face like I would paint a portrait! You use so many different colors and put makeup on places on your face that I would never have thought to ever do! Beautiful!

So I don't get something, maybe you can help me understand. I've seen in other videos. What is the point of putting on a luminous primer, when you just put a super matte foundation on top of it? Doesn't that just cover up the luminosity?

The glowy primer shines through even a matte foundation...you get that lit from within JLO glow😊
I *think* it's not to make it shiny, but to defuse light. So it gives that soft glow, and then matte on top only adds to the soft look.
