Idk of anyone from turnover will ever read this comment but you guys have saved my life multiple times. Peripheral vision and magnolia have seen me at my absolute worst and have carried me through rehab, suicide attempts, relapses, heartbreak, shit even wither still helps me to this day understand my father and the way he raised me. Years ago when the CHE Cafe was still around in San Diego turnover came to play a show. I was in high school and I remember blowing up their Twitter account with just so many tweets I got sent to "Twitter jail" multiple times thay day. I eventually convinced my old man to take me to the show he dropped me of and jetted out. It was the first time I ever went to a show alone but it's turnover, I mean cmon I wasn't going to miss it. Anyways I felt so uncomfortable and so out of place amd like I didn't belong but eventually ran into some cat I used to see at a lot of hard-core shows. Dude asked me if I smoked and long story short I got WAAAAAAAY to high. So now I'm standing in the back of the venue waiting for turnover to play. I'm right next to the water when Austin comes up to grab a cup of water. I was wearing a citizen shirt and dude was all like," I like your shirt" as he reached over to fill his cup with water. Dude I was so fucking high all I could think to do was pat his back and tell him," thanks I like your music" next thing you know another member of the band walks up and was like , " dude that was so awkward" as I laughed along bc God dammit it fucking was. I don't remember hiw many of the members I got to talk to in that little interaction but I like to think it was all of them. Anyways because of thise few minutes thise dudes spent talking to some awkward ass kid stoned out of his mind, they won a life long fan. They could release an album with 30 mins of silence and I'll buy it and support them no matter what. I can not stress this enough, their music and lyrics have saved my life so many times and I love them for it. Thank you turnover for everything you've done for me.
Tbh i miss the emo stuff but this isn't bad either. I really respect bands that are willing to explore other genres and while it isn't always what I'm into, you guys always do it right. It's always good
@@afternoonz1126 I've listened to turnover since 2012 never heard a emo song or anyone say that.. have you ever heard of the band Citizen.... do you know who they even are? please name one song that's emo made by turnover...
@@elalos06 they’re probably talking about songs from PV or GN… but i also agree cause i bought tickets for their toronto show and i’m hoping they’ll still play hits from PV …. but they’ll mostly play new songs to support the new album
This band does what they want! I like this song!!

nostalgic. euphoric. majestic
Ppl saying it's so different but it has me dancing the same as the last two albums. I love it.
Its the ending " uaa uaa uaa ua uaau auaa" for ME!!!
This is great, very different.
Not listening in a few years/months and coming back to check out what they’re doin lately is interesting to say the least 😅 dig it tho!
I deeply regret taking so long to listen to their new stuff. what an amazing song... hit me as hard as peripheral vision did back then
La France va vous aimer. Continuez 👍
The string melodies give me ELO vibes
gonna be a funky and happy album for sure

Austin always got those vocal melodies❤
Same honestly
I’ve literally listened to every single or album they’ve ever dropped and I’ve never gotten an emo vibe… weirdos
@@dmining65 they are very widely considered emo especially after their transition into more shoegaze type songs from traditional pop punk on magnolia
