The best way to improve is to play a lot, watch killcams if u want to learn, think what can u do to not make the same mistakes and you will be good to go to ranked
Always move left then right back and forth when ads sniper cannot kill u if u go left 1.5secomds then right then left. It will take a little more to kill them but I can squad wipe moving ❤

It's actually 7 weapons that have the same hit flinch with 0 hit flinch It's the: SKS KILO BOLT ACTION MK2 ARCTIC.50 OUTLAW RYTEC AMR ZRG Try building them with hit flinch reduction to see if my claim is true just sharing what i found no hate or anything always love ya
If ur in objective games (dom/hardpoint/control) then go for the objective for ez win If ur in frontline try getting teammates to not be agressive If ur in tdm just try as many kills as possible
Expanding on Hollowrift's comment: On HP and Domination try to sabotage enemy's movement to the point, because if four of them rush on the point, You can die. To prevent them from going forward, use anything from tripwires to molotovs to cryo bombs, anything that makes it tougher to get to Your point works.
Bruh some times I have to push in hard point or stay but annoying users like melee bruh it's so annoying I am losing matches from just few point I gave my best

Actually U can always avoid being in the open using Restock+Smoke Combo.So Stim or movement isn't necessary.
Mines different from ranked i usually play like a bot in ranked so i can get good team and win streak ( matchmaking logic )

Try practicing swiping both in practice range
And can you PLEASE make a video for people who play with thumbs only without the ads and fire button being separate?
If you can,try playing 5-6 fingers which will make it much easier for your thumb to move as it now has to only aim and not jump,slide or prone
