Okay, I know this is weird, but I think I have a good routine in order to gain muscle mass and loose weight in real life. Okay. So on Sundays you would want to limit your calories to only 2,500 or less. Then, sometime during the day, go for a 1 mile run. As you get more comfortable with that distance, you can slowly increase the distance you run. On Mondays, you want to eat a lot more calories. You also want to work out your lower body. This will allow you to gain more muscle mass because you will have ate more, which allows you to gain more muscle mass. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you will do the same routine as you would on Sundays. On Wednesdays you would work out your abdominal muscles instead of your lower body, and on Thursdays, you would work out your upper body. Saturdays would be your rest days. Sorry that was long, but I thought it could help some people. I’m only thirteen and I don’t know much about that kind of stuff, but I have watched a TON of health videos and I have done a TON of research and I developed that schedule which I believe could be really useful.

Russo if you work on your techniek of doing push-ups you will get better. It is also good for your health to do push-ups witch the correct form. It helpt me to get better.
