There are 30 Man Battle Royals with all 30 in the ring at the same time but you obviously can't play those because of performance limitations.

Theoretically you can have 30 men in the ring of a rumble as the same time yes but it’s usually very unlikely. You have other types like Battle royal where you can start with as many as 40 people in the ring at once
