I don't have Data Verse, I have One Lake Data Hub, and something called Microsoft Fabric? I'm starting to learn the Power Platform and find the lack of a centralized starting point difficult. I'm starting to think its called Microsoft 365 because they have 365 apps! Could you recommend a starting point for just learning about how the Microsoft stuff is connected and a starting point for the Power Platform?

Appreciate your video(s) April! No history or experience w/Dynamics, but would like to take advantage of Microsoft's Dataverse, PowerApps and Portals and leave all legacy systems and database behind. Would you recommend adding custom tables to Standard Dataverse tables (i.e accounts, contacts, etc) to make application entirely self-contained, rather than connecting to outside data source, if possible? Thx.

Hi April, thanks for your excellent job at explaining everything Power Platform. I have this question : I've followed your explanations, set up an environment with region = France, and created tables in the dataverse. I build an app on top of this, the whole process took me less than 3h. And I've created records : projects with a start date.
Now when I query said dataverse with Power BI, the dates all shift 1 day back : if I enter Nov. 14th using the app, it shows as Nov. 13th in Power BI : can you give me a quick explanation as to why it behaves like this ? (obviously I could create a measure in power bi to shift the date field 1 day later, but it doesn't sound right) ... Andre.

Help.. we are trying to solve a mystery on tenant. We have a bunch of custom tables created on Dataverse, but our admins are saying they never created them and apparently users don't have rights to create tables. How could this have happened. I've checked power apps add data feature and don't see a way to create new tables.. and it seems only admins can create tables.
