Mary, I have had 3 back surgeries, listened to the doctor and rested which was key, do not overdo it. I will say a prayer for a quick recovery.

Also use Stampin Misty platform..that way can easily re-ink and Stamp again to desired darkness of inks..w/ out fear of stamp moving/ not lining up perfectly. Works Great for lighter color inks.

I had such pain in the calf of my leg this last time. Come to find out the main artery in my leg was plugged so I was not getting blood flow, had a stent put in and no more pain. I thought it was my back the whole time, put up with this this for 3.5 years, who knew.
