Adam Jones my grandpa would read the news paper in the morning. absolute joy the sounds he make. the murmuring. humming while looking at something. it was tge best thing in existence.
The past 4 months have been crazy with anxiety and panic attacks back in rebound and this specific audio has been my go-to for months. Sometimes I can have it in my earphones for hours a day on loop. Thanks soooo much for this video. I have quite a few ASMR go-to's but this one is my favorite after I had become immune to a previous one.

Wonderfully done. I've been looking for something like this! The creamy texture and sound (and smell) of old books is a narcotic.
I like that atmosphere of "diving" into interesting book, with cup of assorted coffee, with pure light that adds more comfort. Good job!
