Hey Everyone! In this video I react to the SHOCKING “Retirement” of The Phenomenal AJ Styles last night on Friday Night SmackDown.
AJ Styles came to the ring in a suit alongside his Good Brothers Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson.
AJ began to talk about how many family events he’s missed and how his son’s recent graduation gave him some clarity. It was time to go home
Styles asked for his recent opponent Cody Rhodes to come to the ring so they could share a moment together.
When Cody approached with his guard down, AJ struck and beat Cody down. They brawled to the outside where AJ Styles hit Cody Rhodes with a massive Styles Clash off the steel steps.
This whole segment was a nice modern twist to Mark Henry’s infamous fake retirement and I really enjoyed it overall. A true rollercoaster of emotions.
