Kindly note that this same engine is used in another big models like Octavia in Europe with higher power output. We are not pushing the output to the max, for that we have stage 2 and stage 3 with same engine internals with a bigger turbo and uprated fuel pump. Stage 1 is just an optimised engine calibration for better drivability.

Normally VW engines have greater potential to unlock...they don't write a new code in the ECU they just unlock the codes already exist in the chip...tats wat tuner told me...as per law its ilegal....for the engine not...but no one will find unless they look into the ECU or drive themselves a similar stock and tuned one

I don't think that the gearbox could manage these amount of torque ,the wear and tear would be in the higher side the cylinder pressure has increased ,better upgrade the intercooler to stage 2 from garret or integrated engineering

If those engines are brought to power improvement the body, chassis, suspension set of Hyundai maruthi can't handle.
