It's for sure Sulfuric acid mixed water (tezabi paani) which is indeed very cheep and harmful for your throat n stomach... So please stop eating there and be safe. I say this because "Tartri" is not a cheep thing, it's dried lime juice which is expensive for small Panipuri vendors... hope you think over this.
