I was Deputy Stage Commander on the Kershope stage at the weekend, based at the stop line. We saw the car once but it didn't make it second time around, retiring after that stage. Such a pity, but well done for getting that far in some of the worst weather conditions I've ever experienced after 40+ years of competing and marshalling. At the end of the event, only 44 made it to the finish line, including a Jaguar XJS V12 that finished 35th overall.
Real cars real heroes.
