Welcome to the biggest, most kayfabe-expensive crossover event on... Twitch, I suppose. We’ll be mixing our locals with the superstars of WWE, AEW, and technically one NJPW. Since signing real people is normally expensive, we will have a number of silly sponsored supporting the event. [Hidden detail I forgot to put on the endcard: If any Discord title holder loses the match, their title will be VACATED]
Wow did this card fill up quick. I kinda feel it’s a touch too big as-is. BUT I still thought it would be neat regardless. The event will take place all within WWE 2K24 using some characters who are part of the base roster. Others are downloaded from community creations.
I originally wanted to mess with modding authentic 3D models, titantrons, etc, but it DOES cost money to mod 2K. And frankly, it’s a logistical nightmare to mod a ton of characters and their assets in at once. I was lucky I got the Pencil in 2K23 lmao.
I hope having a number of people outside WWE isn’t too unfamiliar for everyone. I thought there were too many neat matchups to be had. Also, I REALLY want to see Bambi v Ospreay. Bambi hates him so much, it’ll be awesome. Unless Bambi
gets squashed. Who knows.
