Around the @1:25 mark, that vendor also hits GrandCon that my wife and I go to. They ALWAYS have something unique to get some of my money. Last time was Fabula Ultima.
Origins is definitely boardgame centric, but has always had a strong showing for CCGs and RPGs, the tabletop miniatures segment has had a lot of paucity (ebs and flows) over the years. If RPGs are your main thing, registering well enough in advance is neccessary to get into any or most sessions. I registered a few weeks before the con, and struggled to find games that fit my tastes.... but searching the list of RPGs in total showed a LOT that looked intrigueing (for those smart enough to register early)
I do love not having to drive anymore, but watching this made me wish I didn’t give up my car and drove out there. Looks like a lot of fun. Also, saw in the background Perils and Princesses. Ryan the creator is awesome and the game is definitely worth taking a look at.
So good to see these again. And I think it's a good preview of what Gen Con is going to be... Only that it'll be, what? 10 times bigger? (Gen Con is huuuuge.) Are you going to Gen Con, Dave? Boy, I'm so excited to see what boardgame and ttrpg devs are going to bring to that show this year.

Indie Press Revolution has an amazing selection of indie RPGs. Really one of the best out there.

I live in Marion Ohio and I used to go to Origins. Maybe I'll give it another go.
It's really great if you're into board games, or if you can get a group to meet up together to play a boardgame or RPG.
