I bought a getz on 2020 Jan for my new born baby during corona. My first priority was smoothness in drive, build and driving pleasure, which as you said bro I felt in this car. What a build and what a smooth engine. Mileage is little low compared to new generations as you said . I feel polo, getz ,Punto all fall with great build . Space is great . Car pakurathuku chinatha theriyum ula ukandha good leg room in back and front. Seating mattum keela irukum. Mine is 1.3 litre petrol 2006 model . 2 years completed as of now. FC and name transfer serthu 5500 to 6000 aachi . Service is 3000 range . Brake pad santro ku same Spares no issues. I luv driving my getz.
What about millage bro with ac and without AC in city and highway. Because mine also same 2006 1.3 gls. But millage is in highway with out ac only 14kmpl in 70 to 80km Speed with light foot drive.
Am getting 15to 16 . Bro mileage indha car vandha generationla mileage for petrol engines was 15 to 17 maximum because even swift old 1.3litre petrol has great pickup than later came 1.2 petrol of swift but mileage was 15 to 17 maximum. Even today's polo and Toyota etios petrol gives same mileage as our getz. ,if u feel about mileage u should drop this vehicle. Try Punto diesel or Vista diesel .we can get within 2 lakhs with same build

I owned getz but suffered a lot due to low mileage. Gave 10 kmpl per litre. I would suggest not to buy 1.3
